Our Services
Karwan-e-Hanfi Pakistan is a MoRA-registered Hajj Group Organizer and licensed Umrah & travel company, offering Hajj packages, Umrah packages, visa processing, accommodation arrangements, and related travel services.
Booking Requests
Submitting the “Book Your Journey” form or contacting us through this website is a request for information and does not itself confirm a booking. A booking is only confirmed once you have spoken with our team, received written confirmation of your package and price, and completed any required documentation and payment directly with us.
Pricing & Payments
Package prices shown on this website are indicative and subject to change based on availability, season, exchange rates, and airline/hotel pricing at the time of booking. We do not process payments through this website — all payment arrangements are handled directly with our office.
Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellation and refund terms will be shared with you in writing at the time of booking confirmation, and may vary depending on the package, timing of cancellation, and third-party (airline, hotel, visa) policies that apply. Please ask our team for the specific cancellation policy applicable to your booking before confirming.
Pilgrim Responsibilities
Pilgrims are responsible for ensuring they hold valid passports, visas, and any required health documentation, and for meeting Ministry of Religious Affairs and Saudi authority requirements applicable to their travel. We will guide and assist with this process, but final responsibility for document validity rests with the traveler.
Limitation of Liability
While we take every reasonable step to ensure a smooth journey, we are not liable for delays, cancellations, or changes caused by airlines, hotels, government authorities, weather, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
